Lyss has studied asana, pranayama, psychology, astrology, holistic nutrition, reiki, and more over the last decade while simultaneously stepping into intersex visibility and advocacy. They will be leading morning and evening yoga classes, and additional ritual, journaling, and astrology workshops— all centering QUEERNESS!

A typical retreat day:
Early rise for silent meditation, breath, and yoga practice with Lyss followed by delicious breakfast.
We’ll then move into a daily workshop or group adventure.
Lunch around town, a nap, solo time, or connecting with new friends.
Afternoon adventure, beach or pool time.
Wind-down evening yoga practice.
Dinner!

6 Nights & 7 Days in Paradise: Enjoy exclusive access to our beautiful oasis in Trancoso. Whether you’re lounging in a hammock or sharing a laugh in the living room, this space is yours to find peace in.

Sunrise & Sunset Yoga: Ground your mornings and soften your evenings with daily guided classes.

Workshops for the Soul: Go beyond the physical with guided sessions in Breathwork, plus intimate workshops exploring the magic of Tarot, Astrology, and more. It’s a space to learn, play, and grow together.
Airport Shuttles: We’ll be waiting for you! Your stay includes Roundtrip transport between Porto Seguro Airport (BPS) and our villa.
