Terms, Conditions & Participant Agreement
1. Booking & Payments
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure your spot and specific room selection.
Remaining Balance: Your total balance depends on the room type selected at the time of booking.
Payment Schedule: The final balance must be paid in full by September 1, 2026. If you have opted for a payment plan, all installments must be completed by this date. Failure to make payments on time may result in the forfeiture of your spot and deposit.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Because we must commit to our local partners in Brazil well in advance, we adhere to the following policy:
The $500 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations before July 1, 2026: 50% of any payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellations after July 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This is the only way to protect your investment in the event of unexpected illness, family emergencies, or travel delays.
3. Travel, Documentation & Shuttles
Entry Requirements & Visas: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity). Please note: Citizens of the United States, Canada, and Australia are required to obtain an eVisa to enter Brazil.

We recommend applying at least 15–30 days prior to departure.
Airport Shuttles: To ensure your arrival is smooth and stress-free, Interwoven Collective will provide complimentary shared shuttles from Porto Seguro Airport (BPS) to our villa.
Shuttle windows will be scheduled based on the group's flight arrival times.
If you arrive outside of these designated windows or prefer private transportation, the cost will be your responsibility.
Flight Responsibility: Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to Porto Seguro (BPS). Interwoven Collective is not liable for airline cancellations or delays.
4. Health, Liability & Physical Activity
Nature of the Retreat: This retreat includes yoga, meditation, breathwork, and movement. By booking, you represent that you are in good health and physically able to participate.
Medical Disclosure: You must inform the organizers of any severe allergies or medical conditions via the Guest Form prior to arrival.
Liability Waiver: Interwoven Collective and its organizers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage to personal property that may occur during the retreat.
5. Community Standards & Conduct
Conduct: We are dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and peaceful environment. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave (without a refund) if their behavior is harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to the group.
6. Media Release
We love capturing the magic of our time together. By participating, you grant Interwoven Collective permission to use photos or videos taken during the retreat for future marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer to remain off-camera, please notify us in writing before the start of the retreat.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your deposit and checking the "I Agree" box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
